A RESEARCH ON AWARENESS AND ATTITUDE LEVELS OF PARTICIPATION BANK EMLOYEES AGAINST PARTICIPATION BANKING PRODUCTS/SERVICES

چکیده
Katılım bankaları müşterilerine faizsiz finans ürün ve hizmetleri sunduklarından dolayı faiz hassasiyeti olan özel bir müşteri kitlesine sahiptirler. Nüfusun büyük bölümünün Müslüman olduğu Türkiye’de katılım bankacılığının toplam bankacılık sektörü içerisindeki pazar payı istenilen düzeye ulaşamamıştır. Yapılan araştırmalar bankası çalışanlarının bankacılığı hizmetlerine yönelik farkındalık tutum düzeylerinin açısından önemli olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu nedenle payının yükselmesi çalışanların araştırılması hale gelmiştir. çalışmada Diyarbakır ilinde bulunan ölçülmesi amaçlanmıştır.
